EU VAT INVOICE - AQUA BLUE EDITION ================================= This workbook is a ready-to-use VAT invoice for goods and services, laid out on a single sheet named "Invoice" and formatted to print on one A4 page in portrait orientation. The header carries a logo placeholder, the INVOICE / ORIGINAL wording and a ten-digit invoice number in cell F5. Two facing blocks record the full statutory details of both parties - company name, address, company registration number, VAT number and authorised person - for the SUPPLIER on the left and the CUSTOMER on the right. Cells C15 and F15 hold the date of issue and the tax event date, both pre-filled with =TODAY() so a fresh invoice always opens with the current date, while the place of supply sits in C17 and the payment method in F17 is chosen from a drop-down list offering bank transfer, cash, cash on delivery or card. The line-item table spans rows 20 to 31 and gives twelve rows for the description, quantity and unit price of each item; the amount in column F is calculated automatically as =IF(OR(D20="",E20=""),"",ROUND(D20*E20,2)), so unused rows stay visibly empty instead of showing zeros. Cell F33 adds the line amounts into the taxable amount, F34 applies the VAT rate held in cell E34 - 20 per cent by default - and F35 returns the total due, each result rounded to two decimal places. Because the rate lives in its own cell, a zero-rated, reduced-rate or reverse-charge invoice is produced by editing E34 alone, with no change to any formula. The lower section carries the supplier's bank details (bank, IBAN and BIC), the amount in words and signature lines for the person who issued and the person who received the invoice. Every cell the user is meant to complete is shaded and set in blue type, so the input fields are obvious at a glance and the calculated cells are left untouched; a short "HOW TO FILL IN" guide sits below the print area in rows 41 to 47 and never appears on the printed invoice. Amounts are formatted in EUR and the whole document is written in English, so it can be sent to customers anywhere in the European Union; this edition is styled in aqua blue and differs from its siblings in appearance only, because the content, the cell layout and every formula remain identical to the original template.
