A ready-to-use cash receipt voucher for documenting every amount of cash received into the company's cash desk. It follows the layout of the classic printed voucher, with the voucher on the left and a detachable receipt for the payer on the right, and prints on one A4 page in landscape orientation. The header holds the enterprise name, the voucher number, the date, the company ID and a currency field in which any currency code can be entered. The voucher records who the cash is received from, what it is for, the amount and the amount in words. Signature fields are provided for the chief accountant and for the cashier who received the cash. An accounting table lists the supporting documents with their number and date, the debit account, the credit account with its analytic account and the amount for each line. The table total is calculated automatically and is carried up as the amount of the voucher. The receipt on the right is filled in automatically from the voucher - number, date, payer, purpose, amount, currency and amount in words. It has a place for the company stamp and the cashier's signature and is cut off along the dashed line. The date starts at 01.01.2027 and the sample line shows a payment of 480.00 received against an invoice. The template suits small and medium-sized businesses, accountants and cashiers who keep a cash book.
