Business Offer - Aqua Blue edition This workbook is a ready-to-use business quotation (price quote) form built on a single worksheet named Quotation. The header area holds your own company address and contact details, while the block below it identifies the customer the offer is addressed to. The quotation number, customer ID, issue date and the name of the person who prepared the offer are entered in the fields on the right. The issue date is filled in automatically by a TODAY formula, and the validity date is derived from it by adding thirty days. Two Excel tables drive the document: a shipping table for salesperson, P.O. number, shipping date, F.O.B. point and terms, and an item table for the goods or services being quoted. For each line you enter the quantity, description, unit price and whether the line is taxable, and the Amount column multiplies quantity by unit price on its own. The Subtotal adds up every amount in the item table, and the Sales Tax is calculated by applying the tax rate to the taxable lines only. An Other field is available for freight, discounts or any additional charge, and the TOTAL sums the whole block. Every cell that expects input carries a pop-up hint, and the Taxable? column offers a Yes/No drop-down list. The layout prints on a single page and this edition is styled in the Aqua Blue colour scheme.
