This Excel workbook is an editable, auto-calculating invoice template for billing hourly professional services, presented in the "Cyan Depth" visual style. It keeps the exact same layout logic, cell references, and formulas as the original General Invoice file, only the colors, fonts, and accents have been redesigned to give it a bold solid dark-cyan full-page background with white text (dark mode style). The workbook automatically multiplies the hours entered for each line item by the hourly rate in cell E17 to calculate the amount due for that line. It then sums all line items into a subtotal, applies the tax rate you enter, and calculates the final "Total Due" automatically. Simply overwrite the bracketed placeholder fields such as [Name], [Street address], and [Phone] with your own business and client details. The invoice number, date, line-item dates, descriptions, hours, and tax rate are all free-text fields you can edit directly. Changing the heading in cell E1 from "INVOICE" to "RECEIPT" automatically reveals a "Paid in full. Thank you!" note at the bottom. A second "Help" worksheet included in the file explains how to customize the logo, change the currency symbol, adjust the color theme, and export the invoice as a PDF for emailing to clients. The file is fully compatible with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets and is ready to print or save as PDF. All text has been translated into English for international business use.
