Commercial Invoice - Aqua Blue edition This workbook is a ready-to-use commercial invoice for goods sold, presented in a soft aqua header panel, tinted column titles, striped rows and a solid aqua total bar. It keeps the full content and every calculation of the original template and changes only the visual presentation, with the complete text in English. The "Commercial Invoice" sheet carries the seller's details, the bill-to block, the invoice number and date, the line-item table and the totals block, while the "Customers" sheet holds the customer list. Selecting a company from the drop-down list in cell C3 fills the customer address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address and contact name automatically by looking them up in the customer list, so an invoice is issued in a few seconds. Line items are typed into the table starting at row 8, where each row takes a date, item number, description, quantity, unit price and discount. The Total column works out quantity x unit price minus discount for every line and stays blank until both quantity and unit price are present. The Invoice Subtotal adds up all line totals, Other Taxes multiplies that subtotal by the tax rate entered in cell H14, and the Total adds the delivery charge and deducts any deposit already received. Only the tax rate, the delivery charge and the deposit are typed into the totals block; everything else is a live formula that updates as soon as a line is edited. Amounts are formatted in pounds sterling, the invoice date defaults to the current day, and the payment note under the table picks up the company name automatically. The layout is prepared for A4 portrait printing, fitted to the page width and horizontally centred, with the navigation button between the two sheets left outside the print area.
